I Choose Life – Africa (ICL) is one of the leading Non-Governmental Organizations that has contributed greatly to HIV prevention efforts among the youth in Kenya today. The organization works closely with the government, universities and communities and has programs in over 150 institutions (tertiary institutions and high schools) across 13 Counties in Kenya and reaches over 1 million youth annually with behavior change communication messages.
ICL's vision is to see a ‘Healthy Africa, Empowered People!’ ICL's mission is to create a movement of individuals that enhance the quality of life for communities through health initiatives, economic empowerment, academic & career mentoring and improved leadership & governance. The organization has programs around four pillars: Health, Economic Empowerment, Academic and Career mentoring and Leadership and Governance (HEAL).

ICL invites applications for the following positions:
1. Program Manager: Reporting to the Program Co-ordinator, the incumbent will be based in Nairobi, provide  management and oversight to the overall implementation of the program activities and its grant components, supervise the staff in the project, work closely with the Institution strengthening coordinator and  Grants Manager   to  design Calls for Proposals (CfPs) for programmatic and activity oriented grant awards, review and select concepts and proposals from applicant affiliates, provide a coordination role for all the components of the Programme, and contribute to leveraging funding to enhance achievement of ICL’s organizational mission, vision and strategic objectives.

2. Project Monitors (2): Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will be based in Machakos and Kericho. The project monitors will provide strategic leadership to the health system portfolio to implement high quality health strategies. Provide leadership in provision of technical assistance to various levels of program region while monitoring to ensure quality delivery of the CSO health targets.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager: Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will be based in Nairobi and will be responsible of ensuring effective management of the project  design, monitoring the implementation of the project  plans and activities in order to ensure that they are timely, cost effective and sustainable. The incumbent will also compile monthly reports and conduct project evaluations for management decision making.
